The secret’s in the sourdough.

What makes spielman’s different from the rest? We use a sourdough starter for all of our bagels.

sourdough is easier than industrial yeast to digest because it's a fermented food.  

 

The prep process of sourdough is longer, which helps breaks down the gluten into amino acids.

This can allow some people with gluten sensitivities to still enjoy our bagels!
